The Columbia Basin Antique Power Club will be doing a TRACTOR TOUR on July 4, starting at about 8:30 a.m., and then will join in the Grand Parade up + down Montmorency Boulevard!  Tractors will be on display until 2 pm.  If you would like to participate, call Hank Ramsey at (509 884-3620)  Note:  there will be a $15 participation fee.
